Q Host Technologies offers the following services:

  • Domain Name Management: Registration, renewal, transfer, and DNS management for .qa domains and other supported extensions. We are a CRA accredited .qa domain name registrar.
  • Web Hosting: Shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting solutions tailored to individual and business needs.
  • Business Email: Professional email services associated with your domain.
  • Website Apps & Tools: Website builders, SaaS apps, SSL certificated & others
  • Support: Customer support for technical, billing, and service-related inquiries.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the term of the service.
  • Abide by Qatari laws and any applicable regulations including the cyber regulations.
  • Avoid using our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or hosting illegal content.

4. Domain Name Management

  • Registration and Renewal: Domains are subject to availability and registry policies. You are responsible for ensuring timely renewals to avoid expiration.
  • Transfers: Transfers are subject to registry regulations and may require specific documentation.
  • Ownership Disputes: Q Host is not responsible for domain ownership disputes. Resolution must comply with WIPO/ICANN or relevant registry dispute policies.

5. Web Hosting and Business Email

  • Content Restrictions: Hosting services must not be used for hosting illegal, defamatory, or harmful content. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Uptime Guarantee: While we strive for high availability, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Resource Usage: Customers must adhere to resource usage limits specified in their hosting plan. Excessive usage may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

6. Support and Billing

  • Support: Our customer support team is available via email, chat and the support ticket system in your client area. Support is provided for issues directly related to Q Host services.
  • Billing and Payments: Invoices are issued electronically. Payment is due within the specified period. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which may vary by service. Domain registrations are typically non-refundable.

7. Termination and Suspension

Q Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for:

  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Activities deemed harmful to Q Host or its customers.

Upon termination, access to all related services and data will be revoked.

8. Liability and Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: Q Host is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Q Host harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
